It is definitely thicker than a smoothie, so get your spoon ready!
This scrummy concoction is loaded with the nutrition of an amazing breakfast but is tasty enough to hit that sweet spot.
Ingredients (to serve one)
Tablespoon of oats
Desert spoon of chia seeds
A scoop of vanilla Clean Lean Protein
Teaspoon of cacao nibs
Teaspoon of Cacao powder
50-100ml coconut cream
Half a banana (If you are low carb increase the coconut cream and use a little stevia to sweeten)
Optional: A teaspoon of buckwheat or almonds for a crunchy texture
First put 100ml of water in the blender then all the dry ingredients on top.
Add 50ml coconut cream and blitz until the mixture is blended but still has texture. Add more water and coconut cream to get the thickness you desire.
Pour or scoop into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately or put it in the fridge for later in the day.
