4 x 60 minutes sessions include:

  • Personalised nutrition strategy as your foundation, then more in depth nutritional modules to achieve specific goals over the sessions.
  • In-person personal training (where appropriate)
  • Specific exercise strategies with ongoing programming according to your goals.
  • Health analysis highlighting which of our first seven pillars of optimisation are most important for your immediate progress. Over the four sessions, we will rapidly progress in these areas with advanced strategies.
  • Sessions have the most impact weekly. Fortnightly or monthly sessions are options.
  • Please note that some sessions will not stick to this format if the client’s needs are more specific and outside of this scope.
  • You will have the opportunity to continue as a client at the end of this package.
